Blog Group

Last night we had our first Blog Group. I was in charge of helping others to set up a blog and learn how to use it. I was the teacher. Ha Ha! Me! Wow! That was not easy. It was a lot of fun but a challenge. I did learn some cool stuff though and I found some really cute backgrounds. It was rewarding to see the other blogs come to life with their new backgrounds.

Alaya's Birthday

Wiss went to her party. They had so much fun. The girls had Chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cream facials, then had their hair and make up done, wardrobe change and were ready for Karaoke and Dancing. What a fun night out!

Alaya's Birthday

Wiss was invited to her friends Birthday Party tonight so yesterday we decided to go pick out material at Hobby Lobby and make her a little bag. Wiss chose the colors with very little help from me and this what she came up with. After looking at a few photos online She and I came up with this design. I really think she has an "eye" for this kind of thing. We have so much fun being creative together except we are also like two little tornado's. When we finish our projects we need, as Fuzz would say, "disaster relief" .

Makutu's

I finally got to experience Makutu's. It was fun but I don't see why you would want to go back over and over and over again. I guess when your a kid thats what you do. Maybe I'm just mad because I got burns all over my arms when I went down the Banana Slide.

Becky played with Ellie at Makutu's. Thanks Becky! Ellie loved it!

Our Crazy after Christmas trip!

First we went to Chad and Becky's house where we played Wii fit and "Kintar-Hero" and then all eight kids crashed on their living room floor. That was fun. The next day (Saturday) we went to Nana and Papa Fuzz's house. There we played Wii again and other games like "gas on Becky", "who can gas the most", "The most creative Gasser" and the best was "Gas Star" (it's sort of like Sing Star). Anyway it was a lot of stinkin' fun!
Eve and Dwayne left Andrew and Jared behind while they went to hike down the Grand Canyon with their oldest kids and Fuzz and Noma. So Andrew and Jared hung out with us the rest of the week. And we drug them all over but they were troopers and oh so..... good.
After spending Saturday and Sunday in Wilhoit we headed off to Barbara and Jacks house. There we visited Makutu's and that night we went to see the Temple lights. After the Temple lights we went to Dairy Queen to have a Party for Morgan. It was her Birthday.
That night I stayed with my parents by myself while David took the kids including Andrew and Jared to Barbara and Jacks house. At my parents house I got to see my oldest brother Don. I call him Haggred because he reminds me of Haggred off Harry Potter. Anyway his legs were swollen so I rubbed his feet. It was a rare bonding moment. I don't see my siblings often enough. The next day we took the new Light Tram in Mesa. It was crouwded but fun. When we returned the kids opened their gifts from my parents. It was a good visit with my parents but not long enough. It never is long enough.
That night we went to dinner with Barb and Jack to On The Border. David loves that place. I'll admit it is pretty good food.
The next day we went back up to Flag. to Richard and Linsey's house. We dumped all of our stuff there and headed back to Chad and Becky's house where we, ya you guessed it, we played the Wii. Then we all bundled up and went down town to watch the Pine Cone drop at (midnight in New york) 10:00pm. It was fun but cold. There was more fun on the Wii & then we crashed Richard & Linsey's floor. The next day we ate lunch at Taco Bell and headed home to crash on our own beds (not the floor). It was fun but it feels good to be back home and back on schedule. The Christmas tree and the decorations are down. The Hoiday's are officially over.
